Odins Beer Hall
We are drinkers. We love a great time. We don’t go to parties, we are the party. We want a better place for those looking for beer and a great time. We want a new experience that not only brings friends together, but also inspires people to make new ones. We want to give people a place that they will consistently look forward to going to every Friday night after work. We want great beer. We want Odin’s beer hall and we want to bring it to life for everyone to experience. Dedicated to bringing a great, safe experience, our original conception of Odin’s beer hall has evolved and improved. The Idea of an all you can drink beer hall, provided by the king of Norse gods himself, is one that we strive to preserve through the evolving project. Every change and decision that we make improves the experience for a broadening audience while preserving the core concept.
What we have created to this point is an all you can drink beer hall that you will go to with your friends and have an amazing and safe experience. For a one-time fee that is lower than your Friday night bar bill, you will experience three types of all you can drink beer in a fun and safe environment. There will always be staff at hand to serve you our food and to take special requests. We will make sure you are just as safe leaving Odin’s then you where arriving, either ordering you taxi services and even designated drivers. The social atmosphere of Odin’s is always and active one and you are welcome to be a part of it as long as you can keep up with it. If you know you can hold your beer like a pro, this will be the place for you because we guarantee that you will be tested. Your welcome to try and show off your best drinking skills, but if you cant keep up and survive the walk, you might find out your not as strong as you thought. If you fall, its okay, because Odin’s will get you home safe and welcome you back next time to see if you have bettered your skills!

Pitch
To develop a presentation for a open late all you can drink beer hall. The hall would consist of long wooden tables and
many barrels of beer that patrons can serve themselves. There will be staff to serve turkey legs and other medieval
meats in the hall. The environment is to encourage people to be in a social situation and to have a good time. There
will me small musicians and entertainment.
What will it be like?
The beer hall will consist of three areas. The first area will be the waiting room, where costomers first enter the building.
The waiting area will have a receptionist and a desk where you can order taxi service in advance (over the phone as well).
If the customers have driven their own car, we can also call Designated drivers for them. Also, before let into the beer
hall, the greeter will explain the rules to the customers. You pay a one time fee (around 80 dollars) and that gets you
unlimited access to the house beers on tap and to the complimentary fire roasted medieval meats that staff will be
serving around the room. you are aloud to stay as long as you want as long as you can walk on your two feet! If a staff
member or other patron thinks that you are too drunk to walk, you will be challenged to take "the walk". The entire hall
will watch and cheer as you try to walk from one end of the hall to the other. If you can make it without falling, you can
stay and drink. If you don't, It's cut off time! Sleeping and violence are never tolerated.
Once in the hall, the customers are given a Odin's pewter tankard, which they can take home with them for an extra
fee. The hall will be long with three long wooden benches that can accommodate 100-200 people comfortably in the hall.
The house beer is in large wooden barrels all against the length of the walls. The are tapped and customers can serve
themselves at any time and are free to sit wherever they want. The house beer will be brewed by Odins beer hall and
will have Three different styles of beer. There is a small raised platform in one corner of the room for lute players or
players of other similar instruments and storytellers. There will also be an area with plasma screens and there will be designated sports nights for the ultimate sport parties.
The third section of odins beer hall is not open to the customers.
It contains a large fire hearth which is used to roast the meats that the patrons dine on, and a small bar that can make
customers liquor drinks and serve name brand beers at extra cost. Customers only need to ask a staff member for one
of these specialty items. Behind the bar and hearth is a kitchen where dishes are done and an employee staff room.
The employees will consist of the greeters and receptionists, that work the front waiting room, the servers which roam
the hall to serve the customers meats and to take special drink orders, the Security staff to make sure the customers
are always having a good and safe time, and the kitchen crew.
The decor will be medieval/Norse. The floors, walls, and tables will be wood and the walls will be covered in Norse
memorabilia such as thors hammers ect.. The servers will wear contemporary black outfits.
